Eric Bishop is a senior vice president at Rust Consulting. Bishop consults with clients and oversees class action settlement administration strategies in Rust’s labor and employment practice area while assisting with oversight of Rust’s marketing and market research teams, as well as the business development team across various practice areas.
Rust’s labor and employment practice area consists of approximately 40 employees whose responsibilities range from day-to-day client interaction and project management to technical support, claims processing, distribution, call center services and quality control. Bishop’s team has been responsible for administering over 2,400 cases with innovative approaches and exacting security measures.
Prior to joining Rust in 2006, Bishop was the accounting manager for a division of Cargill – a global agricultural products and services corporation and the largest privately held company in the United States. Bishop oversaw the entire accounting function for his division. His responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end accounting, financial analysis, cost accounting, project management, capital investments and general supervision of the accounting department. Bishop was also on the business management team and contributed to the creation and implementation of the business strategy.
