In order to handle a wide range of cases in terms of both size and complexity, we are accustomed to bringing the right resources in the right amount to every settlement.

Beginning with a core team of 250 people, we can quickly staff an additional 900-1,000 qualified personnel depending on the needs of a specific case. We occupy over 80,000 square feet of space dedicated to call centers, claims processing, print and mail, and telecommunications.

Through our in-depth customer service representative (CSR) training process, we are able to bring to each case a highly qualified workforce specifically trained for and dedicated to that case.
