In 2010, Rust was engaged to provide remission petition administration and adjudication (A&A) services for the Department of Justice and the U.S. Secret Service.

Office of the United States Attorneys

In 2011, Rust was engaged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of New York, to provide data analysis and remission petition A&A services for multiple programs.

Federal Trade Commission

In 2008, Rust was awarded a 5-year IDIQ contract to provide fund distribution and other program administration services on consumer redress matters. Services have included printed and media notice, static and dynamic website creation and maintenance, contact center support, claims processing and validation, fund distribution, and tax reporting.

Securities and Exchange Commission

Rust has implemented dozens of notification and distribution plans to carry out Securities and Exchange Commission Fair Fund and market timing enforcement actions.

Attorneys General

Rust has worked with attorneys general to administer more than a dozen matters resolving consumer and antitrust allegations.
