In a $55 million rights-of-way settlement, Rust Consulting mailed over 6,700 notices to a list of potential class members, arranged for summary notice to appear in 23 newspapers and staffed a toll-free number to take requests for notice, requests for claim forms and to answer questions about the settlement.

The Court appointed Rust to serve as administrator for a $142 million national settlement. For these large utility projects, we are able to leverage our ability to handle large volumes of data, claims and phone calls, together with our experience in processing complex claims involving property records.
