Thomas Glenn is a member of the senior management team and directly oversees the operation of Rust’s East Coast offices, including Melville, N.Y., Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. and Philadelphia, Penn. His team is comprised of a staff of professionals with backgrounds in law, business, finance, human resources and information technology, who work on settlements and projects relating to antitrust, consumer, finance, insurance and healthcare, labor and employment, property, securities, the Securities and Exchange Commission and telecom.
Glenn served as the senior vice president and COO of Complete Claim Solutions (CCS), where he developed and implemented strategies to grow their securities and antitrust practices. Rust acquired CCS in 2006. In 2009, CCS was integrated into the Rust brand.
With nearly 20 years of senior management experience in leading regional and national businesses, he brings a wide breadth of knowledge and general management expertise in developing and implementing successful growth strategies for businesses serving the legal community, including skills in areas of marketing and positioning strategies, information technology, finance, operations and team development.
Prior to joining Rust, Glenn was the chief executive officer of Mudrick Witt Professional Reporting, a leading court reporting and litigation support firm; a senior management team member of the nation’s largest court reporting and litigation support company with over $130 million annual revenue, Esquire; and the president of PlasticLink, Inc., an online business-to-business eMarketplace.
Glenn and his family reside in Wellington, Florida.
