Robert Taylor-Manning consults with clients in Rust’s antitrust practice area. Taylor-Manning helps clients meet settlement administration goals and serve the needs of the class, the court and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining Rust, Taylor-Manning was a practicing attorney for 15 years, primarily in antitrust and class action litigation. He was actively involved in the In Re Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation, the In Re High Fructose Corn Syrup Antitrust Litigation, the In Re DRAM Antitrust Litigation, and in many cases involving antitrust and consumer claims against a large software manufacturer. He represented both plaintiffs and defendants in his practice.
Taylor-Manning has lived in Seattle since 1988. He has three children. Taylor-Manning has served on numerous bar, civic, community and non-profit boards in Seattle, including the Mt. Baker Community Club, The Washington Music Industry Coalition, The Open Circle Theater, St. James Church and The Washington Bar Association.
