Mark Rapazzini consults with clients in Rust’s antitrust, consumer, labor and employment, and securities practice areas. Rapazzini has over 25 years of legal experience in cases ranging from individual personal injury litigation to class actions and complex mass torts. Rapazzini has a special emphasis in commercial litigation matters encompassing antitrust claims, RICO violations, employment litigation and consumer litigation involving recalls and product defects.
Prior to joining Rust, Rapazzini was a founder and principal of RG2 Claims Administration, LLC, serving as its Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all aspects of the business development and strategic direction. Previously, Rapazzini was in private practice at The Boccardo Law Firm; Alexander & Bohn; Alexander, Rapazzini & Graham, and a partner at Rapazzini & Graham, LLP.
Rapazzini, his wife and children live in Los Gatos, California. They are active in community activities, including coaching girls softball and soccer. Rapazzini is a member of the Board of Directors for Aldar Academy, a Sacramento-based nonprofit which provides education for severely disadvantaged and disabled youth.
