Lauren McGeever consults with clients in Rust’s antitrust, consumer and securities practice areas. McGeever helps clients meet settlement administration goals and serve the needs of the class, the court and other stakeholders. McGeever joined Complete Claim Solutions in 2004 as market research director to implement a client relationship database focusing on securities cases and plaintiff attorneys. Rust acquired Complete Claim Solutions in 2006. In 2009, Complete Claim Solutions was integrated into the Rust brand.
Prior to joining Rust, McGeever was a paralegal manager focusing on bankruptcy and commercial litigation cases. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal reviewing client case files for the Fen-phen mass tort litigation.
McGeever lives with her husband John in Long Beach, New York, where they own a business that manufactures and distributes GPS navigation systems for SCUBA divers.
