Julie Blascziek oversees human resources personnel and operations in all Rust locations. Since taking over the position in 2007, she has overhauled the performance review processes and spearheaded many initiatives, including a company intranet site and an interdepartmental communication group.
Blascziek joined Rust in 2006 as director of call center operations. In that role, she oversaw the design and implementation of call center training programs and developed consistent, high standards of service and accountability within the department.
Prior to joining Rust, Julie spent two years as executive director of operations for Strategic Fundraising, Inc., where she led a staff of more than 600 telephone service representatives and 25 managers, processing more than 10 million calls per year. As a member of the executive team, she was responsible for all aspects of the operations department, increased production capacity and helped to grow two national accounts that brought in $2 million in revenue. Julie has also served as operations and call center director for Performark, Inc., customer care operations manager for BestBuy.com, and client services manager for American Express.
Blascziek and her family are actively involved in community youth leadership development programs and athletics.
