Jonathan Paul began his career with Rust nearly five years ago, starting as a project manager and moving into the role of a senior project administrator. Jonathan Paul consults with clients to develop strategies that ensure settlement administration goals are met and serve the needs of the class, the court, and other stakeholders within the labor and employment practice area.
Since joining Rust in 2006, Paul served as a project manager and senior project administrator in Rust’s labor and employment practice area. He has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of administration in over 200 labor and employment settlements, including broker cases, ERISA matters, and various wage-and-hour settlements.
Prior to joining Rust, Paul spent four years with Thomson West as a project manager, overseeing many aspects of several large acquisitions.
