James White consults with clients and oversees class action settlement administration strategies in Rust’s antitrust and securities practice areas. White designs and teaches continuing legal education nationwide. In addition, White assists with Rust’s overall marketing strategy and has implemented the Net Promoter Score, a customer satisfaction and loyalty metric.
White has more than 15 years of class action settlement administration experience and has worked on high-profile class action cases including Louisiana-Pacific Siding, MCI/Worldcom and Swiss Bank Holocaust, Fresco and Google cases.
White, his wife and children live in Shoreview, Minnesota. They are active in their local church and other community activities.
