Jim Parks is a management, operations and technical professional who cultivates strong business relationships and provides consultative services on many of Rust’s large-scale projects. He co-leads Rust’s finance and property practice areas as well as leads Rust's business services division. In addition, he has overseen projects in the consumer, insurance and healthcare and securities practice areas.
Prior to joining Rust in 2005, Jim spent 18 years with RSM McGladrey Retirement Resources, Inc., a division of RSM McGladrey, Inc., as a tax partner and vice president of operations. Specializing in employee benefit plans, he was responsible for day-to-day operations in eight locations and led approximately 225 employees. In this role, Parks worked with large companies to design and implement retirement benefit plans as well as to provide record keeping and all reporting administration services to participants and governmental agencies.
