Jacqueline (“Jacqui”) Mottek consults with clients on class action strategies to identify appropriate settlement options, notice programs, and claims processes, helping them meet administration goals and the needs of the class, the court, and other stakeholders. She focuses in Rust’s antitrust and consumer practice areas.
Mottek practiced law for more than 20 years before joining Rust and was chief consumer attorney in the San Francisco office of a national law firm. She has significant experience in a wide variety of complex matters, including consumer fraud actions, antitrust actions, employment matters, product liability matters, and securities fraud.
