Eric Hudgens consults with clients and oversees consumer and finance practice areas in Rust’s Faribault, Minnesota office. Hudgens has experience in consumer, finance, insurance and healthcare, telecommunications, bankruptcy and securities, most recently serving as project lead on the $356 million SEC v. Federal National Mortgage Association distribution. Hudgens’ responsibilities include more than 60 ongoing settlements with a team of 25 project managers whose duties include day-to-day client interaction and project management, technical support, claims processing, distribution, call center, quality control and general supervision.
Hudgens has diverse experience including litigation support, risk management, financial analysis, project management, operations and technology in a number of industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and services.
Prior to joining Rust in 2005, Hudgens was the risk management officer for Walden Automotive Group, where he oversaw the evaluation, design, negotiation and implementation of personal and corporate insurance plans including automotive dealerships, mortgage and real estate companies, and leasing operations.
Hudgens, his wife and son reside in Shakopee, Minnesota.
