Eric Hudgens oversees Rust’s information technology and business process management teams. He is responsible for the strategic planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of Rust’s core business processes and technology. Hudgens is also responsible for the support of the technical infrastructure of the organization, integration of new technologies, and business process management to ensure effective business process that meets the needs of Rust’s clients.
Hudgens has over five years in claims administration experience with Rust and has managed complex cases, consulted with clients, and overseen the consumer and finance practice areas in Rust’s Faribault, Minnesota office. Hudgens also has experience in insurance and healthcare, telecommunications, bankruptcy, and the securities practice areas, with a broad and in-depth understanding of the technology needed to support the claims administration process.
Hudgens’ experience prior to joining Rust includes information management and technology consulting, operations management, litigation support, risk management, financial analysis, and project management in a number of industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and services.
