Elizabeth (“Beth”) Graham King consults with clients in Rust’s antitrust, consumer, labor and employment and securities practice areas. Graham King helps clients meet settlement administration goals and serve the needs of the class, the court, and other stakeholders based on her 15 years in private practice focused on class action and complex litigation. Graham King has served as Lead Class Counsel and member of Plaintiffs’ Executive Committees in several class actions during her career.
Prior to joining Rust, Graham King was founder and president of RG2 Claims Administration, LLC. At RG2, Graham King led client development and strategic direction including leadership of class action settlements in a variety of practice areas. Before that, Graham King was founding partner at Rapazzini & Graham, attorney at Alexander, Rappazini & Graham, and attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
Graham King, her husband and their three sons live in Hillsborough, California. They are active in their children’s schools, and have served on the boards of various non-profit organizations.
