David Holland has 14 years of experience consulting with clients on class action settlement administration. In addition, he oversees a staff of more than 100 project managers across every practice area in Rust's Minneapolis office. Holland has been responsible for more than 500 projects at Rust and provides leadership to Rust’s consumer, finance, labor and employment and telecom practice areas. In addition, he has provided testimony in a number of class action settlements, served as a class action conference panelist and authored articles related to class action settlement administration.
Prior to joining Rust, Holland spent four years with Moore Data Management Services and three years with ConAgra Foods, both in financial management positions.
David, his wife and three children live in Lakeville, Minnesota. They are active in local schools and performing arts.
