Daniel (Dan) Trudeau consults with clients in Rust’s legal sector who litigate both mass tort and class action cases. Drawing on experience from his 13 years as a civil litigator, Trudeau helps clients meet settlement administration goals and serve the needs of the class, the court, and other stakeholders. Consulting for Rust since 2007, Trudeau works with clients on a case-specific basis tailoring Rust’s service offerings to provide creative and cost-effective solutions to all case administration challenges.
Prior to joining Rust, Trudeau was a founding partner of two Minnesota law firms. He practiced in the areas of mass tort, product liability, governmental liability, insurance coverage and appellate law. Trudeau also consulted with clients for 3 years as a legal recruiter for a S&P 500 company.
