Christopher Chimicles consults with clients in Rust’s securities, antitrust and Securities and Exchange Commission practices areas, helping them meet settlement administration goals and serve the needs of the class, the court and other stakeholders. Chimicles operates from Rust’s Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining Rust, Chimicles worked as a senior vice president in the law firm banking group of RBS Citizens, a large commercial banking company. He worked with private equity and class action law firms, specializing in the institutional investment management of class action settlement funds. Prior to joining RBS Citizens, Chimicles was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director in the Law Firm Banking Group at Wachovia Bank in Philadelphia.
