Brooke Hauser consults with clients across federal, state, and local government agencies to design and implement business processes requiring Rust’s core service offerings. She also assists private sector clients in preparing for and handling urgent or critical communication scenarios that result from data breaches, recalls and major corporate announcements. She is responsible for assisting her clients in managing all aspects of crisis communication response.
Prior to joining Rust, Hauser spent more than nine years consulting with Fortune 500 companies on supply chain integration solutions. Hauser, her husband and their daughter live in Lake Elmo, Minn., where they are active in community volunteering, city council, and youth activities.
