- Project Manager II
Rust Consulting is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager II for our Client Service team in our Faribault office. The basic functions of the Project Manager II are to develop an excellent working relationship with the client and ensure that projects are delivered within defined scope, schedule, cost and equality. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree or previous project management decision-making experience that is accompanied by strong organizational and management skills. Furthermore, they will be knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
- Software Development Manager
Rust Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Development Manager for our Service Application and Development team in our Minneapolis office. In this role, the Software Development Manager will lead a team of software developers using best practices in agile methodology to create the architecture, design, and development of Rust Consulting’s strategic claim processing platform, portals, and related systems. They will be the subject matter expert in our technology and provide guidance on complex technical development and direction. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience in managing a technical staff and prior experience managing application implementation projects, software upgrades and /or custom development projects. Additionally, they will possess strong statistical, analytical and problem solving skills as well as 8+ years as a lead developer/architect.
