Development Manager
The development manager leads a team of software engineers to develop and maintain a technology platform to support our critical business activities. This role requires the proven ability to lead people and projects toward success in a fast-paced working environment. This manager will need to have hands-on technical knowledge of .NET and SQL in order to effectively lead this strong technical team. There will be an emphasis on process improvement to leverage technology to automate manual processes, to prevent errors and rework, and to increase efficiency across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing our software development methodology within an Agile project management environment.
Case Installation Manager
The case installation manager leads a team of software engineers to develop and maintain custom websites, portals and applications to support our critical business activities. This role requires the proven ability to lead people and projects toward success in a fast-paced working environment. This manager will need to have hands-on technical knowledge of website/portal development, content management, and imaging/scanning solutions in a predominantly Microsoft environment (with a mix of legacy solutions to support) in order to effectively lead this strong technical team. There will be an emphasis on process improvement to leverage technology to automate manual processes, to prevent errors and rework, and to increase efficiency across the organization. This role will interact directly with customers and business stakeholders. Experience managing remote team members will be a plus.
Support Technician
Rust is seeking a support technician who supports our internal clients with all software and desktop needs as requested. This person will perform troubleshooting as needed as the second level and contact for all desktop/serversupport needs. The qualified individual will spend a bulk of their time in our Faribault office, but will need the flexibility and ability to also work out of our Minneapolis office as business-needs warrant.
Project Manager II - Consumer Team
Rust is seeking motivated and experienced project managers for our Consumer team in our Minneapolis office. The project manager position is responsible for developing an excellent working relationship with the client and ensures that projects are delivered within a defined scope, schedule, cost and quality.
Project Manager III - Consumer Team
Rust is seeking motivated and experienced Project Managers for our Consumer team in our Minneapolis office. The project manager position is responsible for managing multiple projects of varying sizes, management of staff and productivity for several projects, and ongoing communication with clients regarding project updates.
Project Manager II - Consumer
Rust is seeking an experienced project manager II to join our Consumer team in our Faribault office. The basic functions of this position are to develop an excellent working relationship with the client and ensure that projects are delivered within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Qualified candidates must have exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills. This position will be responsible for preparing and implementing procedures, performing high-level claim validation and quality assurance as well as providing review and audit of validation process and distribution procedures. Bachelor’s degree or previous project management experience required. Additionally, candidates must possess intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
