We are proud of our high-quality, experienced staff, many of whom have made their careers at Rust. Our call centers and forms processing centers offer a business casual environment, opportunities for advancement, convenient locations, and paid training.

In addition, we offer various on-site programs for busy career professionals to encourage healthy lifestyles and work/life balance, including:

  • Health Improvement Program. Our ongoing health improvement program has monthly areas of focus, including breast cancer awareness, nutrition, and diabetes awareness. Offerings have included smoking cessation programs, weight loss programs, flu shots, and key health indicator screenings.
  • Employees’ Clubs. Employees in each office organize and run our employees’ clubs, dedicated both to charitable service to our communities and opportunities for coworkers to share fun activities in casual settings. Clubs organize softball teams, picnics and outings, and host contests, luncheons and potlucks. Through club efforts, employees have personally donated time, school supplies, clothing, food, and thousands of dollars to help the less fortunate in our communities.
