Chris Chimicles Joins Rust as Principal Consultant

Rust Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Chris Chimicles as a principal consultant. Chimicles will be based in the firm’s new Philadelphia office, from which he will drive business development in the securities, antitrust and Securities and Exchange Commission practice areas.
Prior to joining Rust, Chimicles served as a senior vice president in the law firm banking group of RBS Citizens Bank. He worked with private equity and class action law firms in the institutional investment management of class action settlement funds, including the $3.2 billion Tyco securities settlement fund. Chimicles previously worked as a senior vice president and managing director in the law firm banking group at Wachovia Bank.
