Elizabeth Graham King and Mark P. Rapazzini Join Rust Consulting

Rust Consulting is pleased to announce the hiring of Elizabeth Graham King and Mark P. Rapazzini as principal consultants. Graham King and Rapazzini are based out of Rust’s San Francisco office, providing consultative knowledge and expertise to class action attorneys in antitrust, consumer, labor and employment, and securities cases.
Combined, Graham King and Rapazzini bring to Rust more than 50 years of experience as class action attorneys and settlement administration professionals. From 2002 through 2008, they worked for RG2 Claims Administration, of which both were founding members. At RG2, Graham King served as president and Rapazzini as chief operating officer.
Prior to joining RG2, Graham King dedicated over 15 years to the practice of law, specifically in the areas of class action and complex litigation. Rapazzini has more than 25 years legal experience in cases including class actions and complex mass torts, with an emphasis in commercial litigation matters.
