LeClerq, Ph.D., an article titled “Majority of Class Action Publication Notices Fail to Satisfy Rule 23 Requirements.” The article, being published in the University of Texas law journal, The Review of Litigation, details an assortment of shortcomings in class action notices as discovered through an analysis of notices published between 2004 and 2009.
