Rust Consulting Expands Mass Tort Practice

Rust Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its mass tort practice. This new focus will enable Rust to benefit clients through its operational capacity, managerial expertise, and consultative approach.

Rust’s mass tort leadership team comprises attorneys, notice experts, and operations professionals with decades of mass tort experience apiece, led by senior vice presidents Elizabeth Graham King, Esq. and Mark Rapazzini. Graham King and Rapazzini have approximately 40 years combined legal experience, focused in mass torts and complex class actions.

To further bolster its mass tort practice, Rust has hired senior project administrator Kim Elam, who brings more than 25 years of experience in the administration of personal injury claims.
